Last night, approx 11:00pm. Prague, Czech Republic. Facing due East (from 5th floor balcony). Clear night minus lots of light pollution. What was this? No blinkers. Low in horizon. Brighter than any star. Moving fast. It seems to slow down and speed up at some points. It seems to dip a bit and go up a bit.
