Unidentified Glowing Patch in the Sky

Time: 8th March 2026 and 07:43 PM Location: KITCHENER, ON I captured this using my mobile camera outdoors during dawn/evening light. I noticed it was strange because it did not appear from any other angle or place. I changed several angles and even moved my camera, but the glow stayed in the same position in the scene.
