February 6th 7:44pm Walking the dog and smoking a cigar, I noticed these lights a couple miles out, a few hundred feet high. A handful of other people noticed them as well. The sky was clear, and it wasn't the usual air traffic. My best guess is drones, but they stuck around for at least half an hour, doing nothing, and they were unusually bright. Lanterns maybe?
