Seen this today and truly have no clue what it is. I thought just a piece of paper but while observing it, it looked like it had all these tiny particle things circulating it. And paper wouldn’t stay in one area like this. Any input someone might have I’d love to hear. I took my eyes off it for a few seconds and it was nowhere to be found.
