Time: 21:40 — 22:50 Location: Roughly 60 miles south of DC and 50 miles north of Richmond. My father and I are surrounded by military installations, and we routinely see flights of choppers and heavies overhead. We know what that looks like. We did not bother recording any of this because we figured there is enough useless and blurry shit out there, and we did not think it would help.
