My sighting from the 90s

Time: Early 90s 9:00pm. Location: Delaware County Pennsylvania. I decided I should share this experience that I think I only told 2 people. It happened over 30 years ago so I don’t have any more information. I would have been about 20 years old. That would make it the early to mid 90s.
