Turning off the garage lights in Asuncion getting ready for bed and a reddish blinking light caught my eye about 15 degrees to the left and way up high. Not an airplane this was way way up there satellite level. At first it was stationary blinking stopped so I thought I lost it and then started again and slowly stated moving.
