Time: evening in Summer of 2018 Location: Korea Gangneun Korea at 37°48'20.1"N 128º54'28.7"E I filmed this when I was in Gangneun Korea at 37°48'20.1"N 128º54'28.7"E looking out into the ocean. I am aware there are two rocks/islands in front of me but those lights were much further out. At some point there were more than three, then they rotated and turned and combined into 1 then split again into multiple lights. I never could explain this. I figured it could’ve been cargo ships but do cargo...
