A weird one and probably nothing, however after my partner left for work today, (works in the same house as we work from home) he closed the door as usual and left me to sleep. However soon after i awoke after having the most intense 'night terror' if you want to call it that. I was in my bed and 4 tall greys all walk from the door, barely looking at me and passed the bed and all proceed to jump out of the window. I tried to scream and nothing, just paralysis.
