About two years ago, I saw this thing in the sky. It was there for about two hours, stationary. The time it was up there certainly exceeds the time a drone would fly. My second thought was that it might be some kind of helium balloon with lights? I really don't know. I saw it through a telescopic sight, and it was like a rainbow manta ray. The photos only capture a static moment. But it did have movement, which is what makes me think it was some kind of balloon. But why would there be a ballo...
