On June 3rd at 11:32am at Astoria Park New York, USA. I’m sure there is a logical explanation to what this flashing orb is. It was particularly odd because it stayed in place for at least 5 minutes I had ample time to stare then decide to take a video. Very shortly after this video and the orb disappearing from my view.
