Another interesting one from the new release. This is an FBI FD-302 documenting an interview with a witness who says he has 25+ years of experience using night vision. Two people were driving through a mountainous area at night in rain/heavy cloud cover when they started seeing dull red lights moving around the ridgeline. Through NODs they appeared “orb-like.” They watched them on and off for hours. The weirder part comes later. One light approached to an estimated ~400m away, another descend...
