I am fishing on the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach. Taking pics of the sunset when I see a bright flash and this object appears and starts moving north to south. It's disappears and reappears twice then is gone. I have lived around here my whole life seen tons of aircraft military and civilian even rocket launches from wallops island and even seen SpaceX launchs but this was not any of those. I check flight radar and it couldn't have been an aircraft... submitted by /u/housed757
