I came across this randomly on YouTube and I have my doubts.. I'll start by adding that it is awesome that the UFO subject is now being openly discussed across most major news outlets and it is becoming a trending topic. This sighting report in particular, to me it strongly looks like a camera effect that occurs when you zoom in with a phones camera on a distant light on the sky which most of the time happens to be a star or a planet. So unless the officers truly saw this with their naked eye...
