So Clyde Tombaugh , the guy who discovered Pluto , actually saw some weird stuff himself and talked about it publicly. August 20, 1949, he and his wife were outside near Las Cruces, New Mexico and saw six to eight rectangular lights go by. He said he was pretty much frozen in shock watching it, and that in all his years of staring at the sky he never saw anything like it again. He didn't think it was aliens though.
