I saw these just couple hours ago from my balcony. Blue glowing object appearing above clouds. Then the second one appeared right next to it. They were stationary and constantly glowing not blinking. Then they starting moving rapidly in random directions and stoping. Also changing colors. At one point there was 3 of them. After that, one of them slowly disappeared and another moved super quickly towards the west like couple miles in a second. These were not meteors, nor planes/drones as they...
