Rice University Professor Jeffrey Kripal Says Lockheed Martin Engineer Consulted on UFO Flight

The cluster of social media posts centers around claims made by Dr. Jeffrey Kripal, a professor of religious studies at Rice University. According to these posts, Kripal stated that a Lockheed Martin Skunk Works engineer consulted him about whether the phenomenon of levitating saints could provide insights into UFO flight. The claim is repeated across multiple social media accounts, with no additional evidence or official confirmation provided. This narrative appears to be driven primarily by social media commentary and reactions rather than original investigative reporting. The inclusion of Kripal's collaboration with UFO researcher Jacques Vallée is noted but not directly linked to the consultation claim.
