Five MUFON proposals prepared for BAASS in November 2008 outline research on lift, power generation, vehicle control, human interfaces and propulsion. They recommend feasibility studies, including superconducting models and an EDTEK cold-fusion test facility. Claims about gravity control and implants are the authors’ hypotheses; this packet does not establish that those technologies worked.
