I live in a hotspot and have filmed several orb uap. Over time I figured one way to distinguish between balloons and actual orb uap is to find a way to look at the objects up close. While some of these objects might pulse, glow, change colour or change shape, or show surface pattern changes, “some” exhibit what looks like a spinning motion.
