The temporal hypothesis proposes that some anomalous visitors could be future humans, while physics allows limited time effects but no proven time machines.
Time travel has a firm scientific meaning in one direction: clocks can accumulate different amounts of elapsed time depending on relative speed and gravitational field. This relativistic time dilation is measured routinely and allows a traveler to reach another person’s future faster than they do. Travel into the past is far more problematic. Some solutions to general relativity contain closed timelike curves, but no usable past-directed time machine has been demonstrated.
The temporal hypothesis applies that possibility to UAP by proposing that reported visitors are future humans or other descendants returning to their own past. Advocates sometimes cite humanoid body plans, apparent interest in nuclear technology, or messages about environmental danger. Those features can be fitted to the idea, but they do not uniquely predict it. The same details may reflect witness expectation, fiction, cultural symbolism, or an extraterrestrial interpretation.
Proposed mechanisms usually involve rotating spacetimes, cosmic strings, or wormholes. Each faces substantial physical and logical obstacles, including exotic energy requirements, instability, causality paradoxes, and the absence of evidence that a traversable wormhole can be created or controlled. Stephen Hawking’s chronology-protection conjecture argues that quantum effects may prevent macroscopic violations of causality, although no complete theory of quantum gravity yet resolves every mathematical case.
As a UAP explanation, the temporal hypothesis is therefore speculative twice over: it assumes a report reflects an engineered visitor and then assigns that visitor an origin in the future. It may be useful for comparing narratives, but it currently lacks a distinctive measurement that separates future humans from extraterrestrials, an unknown terrestrial technology, or a mistaken observation. A credible test would need physical evidence with independently verified chronology or a reproducible causal signature—not simply advanced appearance or behavior within an unresolved UAP case.
Eric Weinstein says he hearing more from reliable people who have higher resolution UFO footage with data 👽🛸 "It appears none of our top scientists have access to this at an official level. They may have secret access to it" "If we were being visited by another dimension or part of the galaxy or even future humans, this is the fascinating data that needs to be studied."

(i had to use chatgpt to translate it to english since my english is terrible) It's a long read, but interesting. The Same Story Keeps Coming Back: UAP, Secret Technology, Future Humans and Government Secrecy I've been going down a pretty strange UFO rabbit hole, and I want to hear what people here think. I am not claiming any of this is true. What interests me is that several people, over several decades, have described surprisingly similar themes: non human technology, secret government pro...

They can breathe our air. They can have sex with us. They can speak our languages. Taken together, they represent a suite of characteristics that screams one possibility: time-traveling future humans. — Dr. Michael P. Masters #TimeTravel #Aliens #UFO https://t.co/sGSdEW9Mzd
Michael P. Masters: "Time travel IS possible... but maybe only back to ~60,000 years ago due to time dilation" 👽 We are you from the future and we're from about 55-60,000 years in your future. He referenced Dan Burisch testimony about a being called J-Rod who made that exact claim while exploring how future humans might travel back in time. Masters explained that such visitors could be returning specifically to gather unmanipulated genetic material from our era to correct problems created by...
