George Knapp Written Testimony — Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection

Knapp says government records introduced by John Lear drew him into UFO reporting because they contradicted public dismissals of the subject.

Knapp says former EG&G manager Al O’Donnell told him a crashed craft and a surviving being were held at Indian Springs before being moved near Groom Lake after 1955.

Knapp describes James Lacatski’s DIA program, AAWSAP, and says contractor BAASS recruited fifty full-time investigators who could qualify for top-secret clearances.
