I have watched Sleeping Dog (It's available on Apple TV in Australia) Here's my thoughts
I'll keep it brief. The front is very heavily loaded with the story of John Leer and a little Bob Lazar. I'm not even sure why this was since by the end of the movie none of it was significant at all.
