I am at a loss on what this is about.
I am at a loss on what this is about. An official U.S. Navy biography, and his official NOAA email address list him as "Timothy" which serves as my source for naming him Timothy. In addition, both The Hill, and FoxNews have referred to him as "Timothy" with no rank preceding his name when they did so, and that was found with only a few second Google search.
