I am at a loss on what this is about. An official U.S. Navy biography, and his official NOAA email address list him as "Timothy" which serves as my source for naming him Timothy. The usual response to an ancient Earth civilization is “where are the ruins?” Fair question, but I think it starts in the wrong place. Earth is not a clean storage shelf.
