Jay Stratton's subtle digs at Lue Elizondo & UFO Whistleblowers at Phenomecon - Psicoactivo #1154

On the latest Psicoactivo, I procured an audio recording of Jay Stratton during his September 11 panel at the Phenomecon convention in Utah this past weekend.
