Probed Analysis

Jay Stratton is a retired senior U.S. intelligence official associated with the modern U.S. government investigation of unidentified anomalous phenomena. Public reporting has described him as the first director of the Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and as a longtime figure in federal UAP investigations. His career included work across military, defense, and intelligence channels, including efforts connected to UAP reporting, analysis, and interagency coordination.

Stratton has publicly asserted that he has personally seen non-human craft and non-human beings. That claim appeared prominently in The Age of Disclosure and has been referenced in coverage of his forthcoming memoir, Out of the Shadows: Revealing the Truth About Non-Human Intelligent Life. These are significant first-person claims from a former government official, but they remain claims; the underlying evidence has not been independently verified in the public record.

In The Age of Disclosure and related public coverage, Stratton is presented as alleging an 80-year coverup involving non-human intelligence and restricted access to UAP-related information. He has also warned that UAP technology could carry major national-security implications, including the possibility of a geopolitical race to understand or reverse-engineer advanced technology. The broader “Legacy Program” framework includes claims about crash retrievals, reverse engineering, and recovered non-human bodies, but those specific claims should be attributed to the film’s wider set of participants and reporting unless directly tied to a specific Stratton statement.

Stratton’s public role after government service has centered on disclosure advocacy, media participation, and support for expanded transparency around UAP evidence. Supporters view his statements as unusually important because of his senior government background and proximity to official UAP investigations. Skeptics and critics, however, note that many of the most consequential claims still rely on testimony rather than publicly available physical evidence, documentation, or independently verifiable artifacts.

The reaction of 99% of the population after they read, "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon," @jaystratton's book, and realize orbs, poltergeist-like activity and hitchhikers are all part of the UFO phenomenon. Plus, the late Paul Eno's idea that UFOs, abductions and "demonic" possession may all originate from the same source. Oh, and UFOs and the dead seem to intersect at times. No big whoop. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ [Quoted] https://t.co/EvHAYWEzu5

I see this quote used all the time as a "gotcha" on Lue. Sorry, but anybody with half a brain knows he meant UFO topic and not our little community. Because counter-intelligence is EXACTLY what he was asked to do in the beginning of AAWSAP. And I didn't get that info. from Lue. Stratton's book should open some eyes. Of course, many will claim that Jay's part of the evil cover-up, too. [Quoted] Just so everyone is clear on Lou elizondo, from the mouth of lou elizondo. From the source himself....

❓ Back to the Future: What If George Knapp Had Never Been Born ❓ The ROUGH (and incomplete) timeline... The Beginning In late 2005, "Hunt for the Skinwalker (HFTS)" is written by @g_knapp and Dr. Colm Kelleher, and published. Soon after, Dr. Jim Lacatski and @jaystratton read HFTS and start throwing around ideas to study the phenomenon. In 2007, Lacatski writes a letter to Robert Bigelow, visits Senator Harry Reid at his Las Vegas home and winds up taking a trip to Skinwalker Ranch with Bigel...

@POTUS @jaystratton A year before that... https://t.co/L9J99Z8gUE [Quoted] For folks who think that if @jaystratton were to be chosen as The UAP Czar (if that position is created), he'd only focus on investigations and not disclosure? Like I said, the only reason we know the name David Grusch is because Stratton asked for someone to help confirm these https://t.co/C72O429O5H

I love when ignorant people accuse me of favoring just one person. Me in late 2025. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ "If @POTUS decides to create a UAP Czar position, I HIGHLY recommend @jaystratton, the guy who helped start AAWSAP, led the UAPTF, located the Legacy Crash-Retrieval program, hired Grusch to confirm and investigate it." (Me right now: If Lue IS the guy (as appears to be the case), I'll support him 100% until he gives me a reason not to. I have a feeling a lot of people are going to be pleasantly surpris...

I watched just now. Never saw it before. Thanks for posting, Matt. A few years ago, I was told that Lue was brought in to do some counter-intel work in the early days of AAWSAP (which was created by Lacatski and Stratton) but Lue wasn't officially a part of AAWSAP. Didn't realize Lue had spoken about that or I would have shared that earlier. I've never heard anything that suggested Lacatski brought Lue into the Legacy program or that Lacatski was actually in the Legacy program. But hey, he do...

Jay Stratton: "The people behind the Legacy Program truly believe that this secret is so intense that they can't share it with the American people." https://t.co/vL6SlGmhuO [Quoted] We can handle the truth. We deserve the truth. https://t.co/mUAQvZ4Wl0
