Leslie Kean - Knowledge of Recovered NHI Biologics cannot be National Security Concern (Serious)

I thought this was an excellent point by Leslie Kean. We hear time and time again that NHI craft or UFO/UAP are protected under the impossibly broad blanket that is “National Security” to avoid giving adversaries a tactical advantage. It begs the question, what about knowledge and study of NHI biologics? How can the DOE/DOW/IC claim a national security concern on this issue? There clearly appears to be some sensitivity.
