“There is something there, there.”

I recently watched the Vice News interview with Dan Farah, director of The Age of Disclosure (released on YouTube 5 days ago) and was struck by his use of the phrase, “there is something there, there.” It could’ve been the cadence, repetition, or novelty of the phrase, I’m not sure.
