Dan Farah is an American film producer, manager, and director whose career moved from entertainment representation into large-scale film production. Before becoming publicly identified with UAP disclosure, he produced projects including Ready Player One and worked in talent management and development. That background gave him access to major studios, performers, and distribution networks rather than the profile of a traditional investigative journalist.
Farah’s interest in the subject developed through producing James Fox’s 2020 documentary The Phenomenon. He then spent several years making The Age of Disclosure, serving as both director and producer. The film assembles interviews with former military, intelligence, and government officials, including Marco Rubio, Jay Stratton, and others who argue that the United States has concealed consequential information about anomalous craft and a technological competition surrounding them.
The documentary is advocacy filmmaking: it gives its witnesses a polished, coherent platform and treats their central allegations seriously. It does not independently reveal recovered material, classified documents, or test data that proves the most extraordinary claims. That distinction shaped both its impact and criticism. The film became a major work of media coverage of UAP, but its evidentiary force still depends heavily on the credibility and access of interview subjects.
Farah has since become a public advocate for UAP disclosure, responding to federal file releases and arguing that senior officials have learned more than they have acknowledged. The Age of Disclosure converted an insider-centered argument into mainstream documentary storytelling and sustained political attention.
