So wait, Matthew Brown, an intelligence officer tasked with finding facts somehow mistook war game documents from decades ago as being real world? He spent years working on the immaculate constellation investigation, and somehow, he mistook unclassified or declassified hypotheticals as facts? Does anyone see how this is a wee bit odd?
