Matthew Brown is a former U.S. Pentagon analyst and whistleblower who claims he uncovered a secret government program called Immaculate Constellation, allegedly focused on collecting, processing, and concealing data about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). His background is said to include service within defense and intelligence roles—including positions tied to weapons of mass destruction and intelligence policy—holding Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances with a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph.
