Why are all the Alien abduction always the greys?

Well it seems the Reptilians and the Mantis are not abducting people. It seems 95% of all abduction are done by the greys. But my question is why are the greys doing the abduction? Is it because some of greys are clones and abducting people for medical research to try to keep them self alive?
