how could a alien civilization on a Europa like moon develop metallurgy without any fire?

Hypothetically speaking if an alien species develops on Europa or an Europa-like moon they would most certainly use whatever nature provides them with or genetically modify other organisms however could would it be scientifically plausible if they somehow develop metallurgy without the use of any fire and if so how would they do it?.
