Richard Bissel has little doubt that the Majestic 12 documents are real?

I found this document that I have never seen before - it is a letter from Richard M. Bissel to Lee M. Graham who did send Bissel MJ12 documents. Bissel read them "with very great interest" and think they not only "look" authentic, but has little doubt that they are. You can find it at the National Archives: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/493468585 I could not find the correspondence and the files Graham did send to Bissell.
