In 2007, a college biology professor photographed an unidentified humanoid figure during a nighttime research trip near Lake Travis, Texas. The professor was accompanied by one of his students and was reportedly testing the flash on his camera when the photograph was taken. The student appears in the foreground, while a second, unidentified human-shaped figure can be seen farther behind him in the darkness. The photograph later became known as the Lake Travis Humanoid image.
