I recorded this video last night September 11th between 9:30pm and 11:00pm looking Northwest from Paradise California using my siOnyx color night vision camera. There was a slight haze in the sky which was obscuring a lot of stars that I would normally see but many of these were quite bright to the naked eye and some even appeared to hover at times. They appeared to be quite close and low. I compare for that observation to the similar ones I recorded to the Northeast later that night at 3am....

Allegedly filmed in Northeast China, video shows a triangle of lights pop in and out of frame, best visual happens at 1:19. I usually don't lend much credence to obscure nighttime footage but something about this one feels legit, if anyone can translate what the kid is saying it would be appreciated. - Also, might be worth trying to view this one on a desktop.
