The U.S. Capitol is the Washington building where the House of Representatives and Senate meet. Its connection to UAP is institutional rather than observational: lawmakers use committee rooms, chambers, and nearby secure facilities to hear testimony, review classified information, authorize programs, and write reporting requirements. The Capitol is therefore a location where contested claims can acquire formal consequences even when Congress has not endorsed those claims as fact.
Public Congressional Hearings have given military aviators, intelligence officials, agency leaders, and outside witnesses a national platform. Members and advocates use the Capitol backdrop to press executive agencies for answers, while opponents question evidence, cost, or jurisdiction. The site’s real significance lies in oversight: it is where uncertainty about aerial incidents and alleged programs is translated into subpoenas, budgets, statutes, or a decision to take no further action.
