OrgI saw his 60 Minutes interview and then read his book a few years back, but haven’t thought about him much since (I’m UFO-curious but not particularly deep in this world). It seems like he’s had a few gaffes recently that wobbled his credibility — what are those headlines and where do things stand today with this community?
OK, @DouthatNYT, maybe a 60 Mins segment on the claims of non-human craft & bodies in the possession of the USG and/or its contractors? Someone needs to ask Clapper if he managed the UAP C/R program, as Grusch claimed. Ross has interviewed @dwpasulka and @RepLuna and I enjoyed both of those. He seems like an open-minded skeptic. Start of 2nd half of interview: Kelly: “But, you know, I’ve been in meetings about this.” Laslo: “Yeah.” Kelly: “The only compelling thing I’ve ever seen — and you can go online and find the 60 Minutes interview with the guy who’s the squadron F-18 squadron commander…” Laslo: “Yeah, yeah.” Kelly: “…and the wingman. That is hard to explain.” Laslo: “Yeah?” Kelly: “And I just don’t — I mean, it’d be good if we had more information.” Laslo: “Yeah? Do you think it’s adversaries with advanced tech...

This interview felt like a warning. Not just about the demise of 60 Minutes but about power itself: how decades of success, service, and loyalty can be wiped out overnight when integrity becomes inconvenient to the agenda of a powerful few. https://t.co/7WnSCSEnGN @ScottPelley #60Minutes @CBSNews

Joe Rogan has been one of the biggest advocates for UAP transparency and having his talents at 60 minutes would be invaluable. https://t.co/UUlRkM3QPL [Quoted] Austin-based podcaster Joe Rogan reportedly being considered for 60 Minutes role. https://t.co/Q3SOtB6qra
After being fired from CBS, former “60 Minutes” correspondent Scott Pelley yesterday said that “new management has instructed me to inject falsehoods and bias into a politically sensitive story. I’ve been told to include assertions that are unverified.” Those are remarkable claims for which Pelley presented no evidence. Indeed, it would be extraordinary for CBS to demand such things of a correspondent, either verbally or in writing, given the reputational risk to the network. A more likely ex...
Scott Pelley says CBS demanded he "inject falsehoods," and wants to "murder" 60 Minutes. There's no evidence for either claim and good reason to think they're false. Pelley joins Dan Rather, Katie Couric, and Chuck Todd in spreading misinformation and then denying he had done so https://t.co/VVvBJ71Uky
