The Rendlesham Forest incident was a series of unexplained UFO sightings in December 1980 near RAF Woodbridge and RAF Bentwaters in Suffolk, England. US Air Force personnel reported strange lights, a glowing craft that left physical landing marks, and elevated radiation levels, making it widely known as "Britain's Roswell". The craft was also seen shining down beams of light by Colonel Halt.
