Guy Hottel’s March 22, 1950 memorandum to the FBI Director relays an informant’s account attributed to an Air Force investigator: three circular objects allegedly recovered in New Mexico, each containing three small bodies. It records a proposed connection to high-powered radar interference and explicitly says no further evaluation was attempted. The two-page FBI Vault release contains a cover sheet and the redacted memorandum. It neither names Aztec nor establishes the reported recoveries as fact.
