Jason Samosa is a British independent researcher and media commentator whose work focuses on religious and political influences within the history of UFO secrecy. He has described an early path toward evangelical ministry before moving away from that framework and studying how belief systems shape intelligence, defense, and public interpretations of anomalous phenomena. His profile comes primarily from long-form interviews and self-directed archival research rather than an academic or government appointment.
Samosa is particularly associated with research on the “Collins Elite,” a contested label for officials said to interpret UFO phenomena as demonic and to resist investigation or disclosure on theological grounds. He traces that idea through published accounts, named institutions, biographies, and Cold War networks. The documentary record does show that religious beliefs have influenced individual officials; it does not establish every version of a coordinated Collins Elite organization.
His more recent work broadens the argument to private finance, intelligence relationships, and organizations such as the World Commerce Corporation and alleged successor networks.
