I couldn’t help but notice the interference and low battery in the recent Ukrainian Telegram UAP video. I was reminded of similar interference in the 1996 Jonathan Reed video, where he had similar issues getting a clean capture of the craft and it seemed to get worse the closer he got to the craft with his camera.
