In September 1973, Orval Wyman and his wife took a photograph beside the Clearwater River in Idaho. The Wymans later said they remembered nothing unusual when the snapshot was taken. The photograph was brought to Canadian UFO Report by Betty Jones, and was published on the cover of Vol. 3, No. 2, Whole No. 18 with the caption “What Is Happening Here?
