I recently tracked down a link to a video I had lost a long time ago, and I feel like it's worth sharing. The footage was reportedly shot in the northern part of Saint Petersburg.Here are a few interesting moments I'd like to point out.At first, you can see three glowing objects, but then one of them disappears.
