I was one of the witnesses closest to the 8:40 PM sighting of the fly over Phoenix March 13, 1997. It was illuminated by two light sources and I could clearly see the bottom of the solid piece of machinery. It muted the sound of my truck motor while it flew over my head so was it silent or stealth. This craft flew very low in the sky east of South Mountain.
