Time: 10: 00 PM March 3, 2026 Location: Modesto, CA, USA Circle of lights stationary in the western sky at about 30 to 45 degrees. The circle was about the size of my thumb at arms length. I looked at them through my binoculars for probably 5 minutes. They were stationary, and didn’t seem to drift the way a star or planet will out of a telescopes eye piece.
