Time: 6:22 AM, Friday March 13 Location: San Luis Obispo County, California I don’t remember exactly how I woke up, almost like I had never slept before. After I woke up I was automatically drawn to a bright blue light outside. For about 5 seconds I just stared at it, then I grabbed my phone and started recording.
