This (video on the left side) is almost exactly the same what Chris Bledsoe witnessed in his encounter on the Cape Fear River ("Fayetteville Incident" Jan 8, 2007). He mentioned this in several of his earlier interviews; his son Ryan confirmed it when talking to Grant Cameron (time stamp: 25:50-27:54) (link) transcript: Number of years ago your father showed me a video, this was filmed in Florida and it doesn't come when you expand it.
