6/ The public footage is not the original sensor recording. At least some of what has been released consists of a cellphone recording of the AC-130J’s infrared display. That means blur, flicker, apparent shape and motion can all be affected by the secondary recording process, so precise conclusions about size, temperature or acceleration should therefore come from the underlying sensor data and the intelligence report, not from eyeballing the compressed public clip.
