Over 234,000 UFO sighting reports. Eleven databases. One framework built to compare encounters systematically. That was Project Capella, one of the most significant achievements of the BAASS program. One database was titled “Post Utah Ranch Effects.” To my knowledge, Capella has been kept classified, which is a shame, because it could be an extremely valuable research tool. I get into Capella, the Nimitz analysis, and more in this video. Watch on YouTube: https://t.co/2dVrIhywJN
